Aman Center allocates 8 languages to the hotline during the World Cup

Spanish, French, Urdu, Mandarin, Tagalog, Portuguese, in addition to Arabic and English.
The Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center "Aman" announced the addition of 6 foreign languages to the languages approved in the hotline service (919), which it provides around the clock to protect women and children from violence, during the months of November and December, coinciding with the country's hosting of FIFA World Cup 2022.
The Executive Director of the Center, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Ishaq, revealed that the center's call center and hotline will include 6 additional languages: French, Portuguese, Spanish, Urdu (the most common languages in Southwest Asia such as India, Pakistan, and Iran) and Tagalog (the official language in the Philippines and spoken by many peoples in other countries around the world), and Mandarin (which is the official standard language in the People's Republic of China and is spoken in Taiwan and Singapore. Mr. Abdulaziz Al Ishaq, Executive Director of Aman Center added that the center is very keen to activate this service, which is considered a very important step for the center's call center and hotline, as Aman Center will be able to provide its services to the country's guests at the highest level in proportion to the number of fans and their cultural diversity, that is why we chose Languages that commensurate with the expected number of fans during the tournament.
Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Ishaq confirmed that the women's work will be according to rotational shifts schedule or morning and afternoon shifts during the months of November and December of the year 2022 by receiving calls on the hotline number (919), which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and that the center will be keen to cooperate with all relevant authorities to achieve the goals of protecting women and children.
